GTS provides global air freight solutions through a trusted network of airlines and logistics partners. We are looking for an experienced Air Freight Manager to lead our air cargo operations.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Air Freight Manager will oversee import and export air freight activities, airline partnerships, pricing strategies, and operational performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop relationships with airlines and global agents.

• Manage daily air freight operations.

• Negotiate competitive freight rates.

• Supervise shipment bookings and documentation.

• Monitor operational KPIs and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with international air cargo regulations.

• Lead and develop the air freight team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience of air freight experience.

• Strong understanding of IATA regulations and airline operations.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Experience with freight forwarding software.

• Strong commercial and analytical abilities.
