GTS delivers end-to-end logistics solutions through its global network of partners and agents. We are seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to support our commercial team.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Sales Assistant will support business development activities, maintain customer records, prepare quotations, and coordinate with operational departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare freight quotations and proposals.

  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients.

  • Coordinate with operations regarding customer requirements.

  • Support account managers and sales executives.

  • Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
