GTS provides integrated logistics solutions across air, sea, land transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing services. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to accelerate growth and expand our client portfolio.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and leading sales initiatives across multiple logistics services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships.
Prepare and present logistics solutions to clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service excellence.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS.
Freight forwarding or logistics industry experience preferred.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
